Join us as a Health and Safety Specialist at Rituals Cosmetics España (B Corp) in Barcelona.

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the safety and health standards across our stores and facilities. Your responsibilities will include supporting store teams, ensuring compliance with safety policies, reviewing incidents, studying new safety measures, and training staff on risk prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Support stores to ensure adherence to safety policies and preventive measures.
• Ensure that all current and new store facilities meet safety requirements.
• Review and analyze incidents at various work centers, providing advice and support as needed.
• Research and implement new safety measures to improve employee health and safety.
• Provide training and updates on safety and risk prevention to staff and new hires.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within retail or related sectors.
• Higher Technician Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• At least two specialties in Risk Prevention, especially in Workplace Safety, Ergonomics, and Psychosociology.
• Master’s degree in Risk Prevention is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 / C1 level, with regular contact with the Netherlands.
• Willingness to travel.
