El rol implica cumplir con la normativa, realizar auditorías, y fomentar una cultura de seguridad. Ideal para personas con más de 5 años de experiencia y un Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en roles de Salud y Seguridad.
• Máster en PRL es obligatorio.
• Se valoran habilidades en idiomas como inglés (mínimo nivel B2).

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar e implementar políticas y programas de H&S.
• Liderar inspecciones y auditorías de H&S.
• Promover campañas de concienciación y formación en H&S.

We are hiring : Health & Safety Specialist for Spain

Location : Spain (Madrid and Toledo)

Join to our client TOLSA, a global industrial company with a strong commitment to safety and sustainability.

Lead and implement Health & Safety (H&S) policies and programs across Tolsa’s operations in Spain, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a strong safety culture.

• Actively contribute to the H&S team by developing and implementing H&S systems, procedures and programs across our sites in Spain.
• Lead and manage all H&S inspections, audits, risk assessments, emergency plans, drills, training sessions, and preventive / corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with external H&S consultants and medical services. Implement corporate H&S initiatives at the local level.
• Conduct regular site visits to identify hazards, improvement opportunities, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Promote employee engagement in H&S matters through awareness campaigns, training, and recognition programs.
• Lead investigations of incidents and accidents (including RCA), working cross-functionally to prevent recurrence.
• Perform specific risk assessments (ergonomics, chemical, industrial, HAZOP, etc.) and supervise contractors’ H&S compliance.
• Monitor and analyze H&S KPIs, reporting results and proposing continuous improvement actions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 5+ years in Health & Safety roles within industrial environments. Experience in mineral industries is highly valued.
• Education : Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is mandatory. Technical engineering degree or science-related bachelor’s degree (Chemistry, Physics, etc.). Additional training in Environment, Quality or internal audits is a plus.
• Languages : Spanish (native or fluent) and English (minimum B2 level).
