Une entreprise industrielle de premier plan recherche un Spécialiste en santé et sécurité pour diriger l’implémentation des politiques H&S en Espagne. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion des risques, un Master en Prévention des Risques Professionnels, ainsi qu'un fort engagement pour la sécurité. Ce rôle clé influence positivement la culture de sécurité au sein de l'organisation et est entouré d'une équipe dynamique et passionnée.

Formación

• 5+ ans d'expérience en santé et sécurité dans des environnements industriels.
• Maîtrise de l'espagnol (natif ou courant) et d'anglais (niveau B2 minimum).
• Capacité à développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes H&S.

Responsabilidades

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et programmes de santé et sécurité.
• Gérer les inspections, évaluations des risques et plans d’urgence.
• Assurer la conformité avec la législation et les normes de l'entreprise.

Location : Spain (Madrid and Toledo)

Join TOLSA, a global industrial company with a strong commitment to safety and sustainability.

Lead and implement Health & Safety (H&S) policies and programs across Tolsa’s operations in Spain, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a strong safety culture.

• Actively contribute to the H&S team by developing and implementing H&S systems, procedures and programs across our sites in Spain.
• Lead and manage all H&S inspections, audits, risk assessments, emergency plans, drills, training sessions, and preventive / corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with external H&S consultants and medical services. Implement corporate H&S initiatives at the local level.
• Conduct regular site visits to identify hazards, improvement opportunities, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Promote employee engagement in H&S matters through awareness campaigns, training, and recognition programs.
• Lead investigations of incidents and accidents (including RCA), working cross-functionally to prevent recurrence.
• Perform specific risk assessments (ergonomics, chemical, industrial, HAZOP, etc.) and supervise contractors’ H&S compliance.
• Monitor and analyze H&S KPIs, reporting results and proposing continuous improvement actions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 5+ years in Health & Safety roles within industrial environments. Experience in mineral industries is highly valued.
• Education : Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is mandatory. Technical engineering degree or science-related bachelor’s degree (Chemistry, Physics, etc.). Additional training in Environment, Quality or internal audits is a plus.
• Languages : Spanish (native or fluent) and English (minimum B2 level).
