Formación

• Experiencia de 2-3 años en un puesto similar de H&S.
• Inglés avanzado y conocimiento de MS-Office son esenciales.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar e implementar planes de acción preventivos.

We are looking for a Health and Safety Business Partner (HSBP) within the Health and Safety department of Grifols SA.

Reporting to the H&S Manager, your main mission will be to propose, verify and implement the Preventive Planning measures in the business area in accordance with the procedures, technical standards, guidelines and laws to improve the Health and Safety of the workplaces in the assigned companies in Spain. You will also have to be aware of the global strategy of the company and see the best way to influence and integrate in the subsidiary all those aspects of safety culture and corporate guidelines.

What your responsibilities will be

• Manage the Health and Safety of the area of influence according to ISO 45001 parameters.
• Design, implement and coordinate preventive action plans and programs, evaluation of risk factors, information and training of employees, emergency plans and all other preventive activities related to work-related risks.
• To implant technical activities associated with chemical risks, electromagnetic fields and explosive atmospheres.
• To establish interactions with the Technical Committee of the business, acting as a point of contact for internal clients with the Prevention area (H&S), with the social representation of the company in prevention matters, and with the competent Administration in Prevention matters (Labour Inspection).
• To support the organization in the cultural change and continuous improvement in the area of Health and Safety.

• Bachelor’s degree in technical area (Engineering, Chemical or related).
• Superior qualification in H&S is a must.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in similar H&S position.
• Experience in pharma industry, preferred, or industrial sector, both within manufacturing environment.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of MS-Office. SAP or other ERP knowledge would be valuable.
• Attention to detail, organizational and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving and decision making.
• Dynamic, proactive and results oriented person.
• Excellent communications skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and external interlocutions.
