Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment as head waitress/waiter preferred.
• Must maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; other languages are a plus.

• Delivers a Warm, Magnetic Welcome to every Guest, setting the tone for an Iconic, High-Energy Dining Experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a head waitress/waiter is a plus.
• Professional appearance, always adhering to The Pacha Group’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished demeanour.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, based on the requirements of the restaurant.
• A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and Best Practices in Restaurant Operations.
• A Proactive Nature and Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus), to engage effectively with guests, Pacha Family Members, and stakeholders.
• Finds creative solutions and takes ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
• Skilled in improving Customer Satisfaction and driving profitability.
• Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.
