Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Head Sommelier role located in Ibiza at A.M Hospitality & Consultancy. The Head Sommelier will be responsible for wine pairing, wine sales, sommelier duties, and overseeing the food & beverage program for one of the best internacional restaurants in Ibiza with possibility to grow more on the coming years. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Wine Pairing and Sommelier skills
• Experience in Wine Sales and Food & Beverage
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of international wines and wine regions
• Certified Sommelier or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in luxury hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
