Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head Sales Associate to join our permanent Varsity Headwear pop-up at Forum Marbella. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in premium or high-end retail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role requires an outgoing, proactive individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment and can effectively represent Varsity Headwear's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a warm, professional manner, providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales by showcasing the brand's story, craftsmanship, and premium quality.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
  • Handle transactions efficiently and manage stock levels.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives related to the pop-up.
  • Represent Varsity Headwear and Forum Marbella with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in premium or high-end retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer service excellence in a high-end retail environment.

Skills and Attributes

  • Extroverted and personable – enjoys interacting with people and creating meaningful connections with customers.
  • Multilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Scandinavian languages or other languages is highly valued.
  • Sales-driven and proactive, with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work varied hours, including weekends.
