The Head of Talent & Development is a strategic leader responsible for developing and driving Ericssonâs global talent, development and learning strategy. They will ensure Ericssonâs sustained and accelerated success by designing and leading talent initiatives that develop and retain top talent, whilst fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Ericssonâs company values.
This role is a key business priority under the close attention of Ericssonâs executive leadership team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will define and deliver our global talent and development strategy, ensuring Ericsson has the capabilities and leadership required for future growth and performance.
Your mandate is clear: identify the few, high-impact deliverables that will build and sustain a high-performing, future-ready workforce. You will partner with business leaders and HR to design and execute evidence-based solutions that accelerate skill development, drive engagement, and align talent practices with our strategic objectives. Your work will shape the culture, processes, and systems that enable Ericsson to out-learn and outperform in a rapidly changing global environment.
As a member of the Group Function People Leadership Team and the Global Extended People Leadership Team, you will lead with discipline and focusâtranslating business strategy into actionable talent outcomes, measuring impact, and holding yourself and your team accountable for results.
