Job summary

ARCHIMED, a leading healthcare-focused investment firm, seeks a senior Sustainability & Impact leader in Lyon, France. You will drive portfolio engagement, develop S&I roadmaps, and guide teams across funds to embed sustainable practices in investment decisions.

You will influence portfolio management, manage data/reporting frameworks, and coach junior staff while collaborating with cross‑functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience building and executing sustainability strategies, preferably in private equity.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and project management skills with problem-solving ability.
• Robust knowledge of sustainability frameworks and disclosures (SFDR, SASB, CSRD, EDCI, PMDR, UN SDGs).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to craft coherent sustainability narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio engagement on Sustainability and Impact (S&I) with dashboards, KPIs and processes.
• Drive portfolio value creation projects and guide S&I interns when required.
• Develop and oversee actionable S&I roadmaps for portfolio companies with milestones.
• Influence management to advance roadmaps through guidance and best practices.
• Act as a bridge between deal teams and external providers during due diligence.
• Collaborate with ARCHIMED functions to integrate S&I into investment decisions.
• Establish tools to collect, monitor, and report S&I data across funds.
• Contribute to ARCHIMED’s annual S&I report and investor disclosures.
• Provide S&I training to management and investor relations teams.
