About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary leader to join Printful x Printify as Head of Supply Partnerships. This strategic role involves guiding and scaling our Supply Partnerships team—driving growth through partner management, operational excellence, and innovation.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail :

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Supply Partnership Managers, fostering ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development.
• Provide feedback to develop individual and team capabilities.

Strategic Partnership & Platform Growth

• Define and execute partner strategy for the platform.
• Translate strategic priorities into operational plans.
• Implement partner cooperation frameworks and goals.
• Develop long-term growth plans with partners aligned to business priorities.
• Advise Platform leadership on growth initiatives.
• Represent the team in cross-functional planning and senior discussions.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and innovation areas.
• Oversee partner portfolio performance and relationships.
• Guide partner campaigns, incentive programs, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Maintain high-quality partner management processes.
• Improve internal processes and documentation for scalability.
• Use data and feedback to identify gaps and solutions.
• Manage pricing, service levels, and contracts.

Market & Industry Expertise

• Stay updated on marketplace trends, intelligence, and innovations.
• Act as a thought leader in the ecosystem, promoting partnership excellence.

Requirements :

• 5+ years in business partnerships, vendor management, or strategic accounts, preferably in e-commerce or platform environments.
• Success in scaling partner programs and leading high-impact teams.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leadership influence.
