Stryker is seeking a high-impact leader to shape and drive warehouse, kitting, and distribution operations across Spain. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, define strategic plans, and ensure service levels align with customer commitments in a fast-paced medical devices environment.

You will supervise inventory, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met while delivering measurable business results in the European logistics

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent field.
  • 7+ years of experience in people management in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • 5+ years in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations in multi‑shift environments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with logistics systems including inventory management, planning, and order management tools.
  • Experience with ISO or FDA standards.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead warehouse, kitting, and distribution operations across Spain to meet service levels, cost targets, and performance metrics.
  • Build and retain a high-performing team through performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Define operational strategy and translate requirements into execution plans for readiness, capacity, and service reliability.
  • Drive compliance with medical device regulations, quality standards, health and safety, and trade compliance.
  • Identify improvements and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the European distribution network.
  • Monitor customer feedback and performance indicators to improve service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory control, storage, and transportation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Join a high-impact leadership role where you will shape and lead warehouse, kitting, and distribution operations across Spain. You will drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and ensure best-in-class service delivery aligned with customer commitments. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a critical part of the European logistics network and deliver measurable business results.

What You Will Do
  • Lead warehouse, kitting, and distribution operations across Spain to deliver agreed service levels, cost targets, and operational performance metrics
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team by conducting performance reviews, talent planning, and succession management
  • Define operational strategy and translate business requirements into execution plans to ensure readiness, capacity, and service reliability
  • Drive compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including medical device regulations, quality standards, health and safety, and trade compliance requirements
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce operational costs
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the European distribution network, footprint, and service offering
  • Monitor customer feedback and operational performance indicators to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory control, storage, and transportation activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
What you will need
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in people management roles within logistics, supply chain, or operations environments
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations in multi-shift and automated environments
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with logistics and supply chain systems including inventory management, planning, and order management tools
  • Experience working with international standards such as ISO or FDA
Preferred Qualifications
  • Postgraduate qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, or Operations
  • APICS certification
  • Certification or formal training in Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence methodologies
  • Experience in medical device or healthcare logistics environments

  • Work arrangement: On-site role supporting warehouse and logistics operations
Spain Pay Ranges:
  • Spain: €59.000 - €98.300 EUR Annual
