Head of Strategy and Corporate Development

We seek a highly motivated Strategy & Business Development professional to play a pivotal role in expanding our business in Europe and Asia. You will significantly impact our growth by setting strategic directions, uncovering new markets, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape organic and inorganic growth strategies aligned with global objectives.
  2. Drive strategic planning, identifying revenue growth opportunities for the short and long term (3-5 years).
  3. Evaluate new revenue streams and opportunities, integrating them within the organization.
  4. Develop innovative strategies and acquisition plans to ensure profitable growth and competitive differentiation.
  5. Conduct analysis and due diligence for potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and new ventures.
  6. Engage in industry events to position the organization as a market leader.
  7. Present strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership and the board.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Experience in M&A activities is preferred.
