Walker Lovell is seeking a procurement leader to shape European sourcing strategy with influence on key decisions across ingredients and manufacturing partners. You will work with senior stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, resilience and supplier partnerships across Europe.

The role offers autonomy, exposure to management, and the chance to expand remit based on results, with a strong performance-linked bonus and international scope.

Formación

• Strong strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience in food or consumer goods.
• Experience negotiating significant commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Fluent English and Spanish for international stakeholders.

• Shape sourcing and category strategies across ingredients, manufacturing partners and the wider supply base.
• Strengthen supplier performance and terms through structured negotiation and benchmarking.
• Develop alternative suppliers and contract manufacturing relationships to improve cost and resilience.

• Develop alternative suppliers and contract manufacturing relationships to improve cost, resilience and strategic flexibility.
• Influence procurement decisions alongside R&D, Quality, Finance, Sales and senior European stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Strong strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience from food, nutrition, supplements, ingredients, consumer goods or a similarly regulated sector.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers or co-manufacturing partners on significant commercial agreements.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including using market and pricing intelligence to inform sourcing decisions.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with the ability to operate across international stakeholders.
