Evolution, a world-leading B2B live casino provider, seeks a Procurement Manager to shape and execute global sourcing strategy across PSD locations from its Madrid area presence. You will lead negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and oversee warehouse and logistics activities, driving cost savings and compliance.

The role requires at least 7 years in procurement with leadership experience, a related university degree, and strong English.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management, incl. 3+ years in leadership.
• University degree in a relevant field (Procurement/SCM/BA/Finance/Law/Engineering).
• Professional certification such as CIPS or CPSM is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the global procurement strategy.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing across PSD locations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with suppliers.
• Build long-term relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee procurement contracts with Legal and stakeholders.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations and inventory accuracy.
• Manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audits.
• Prepare reports on spend, savings, performance, and risks.
• Lead and develop Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation of procurement.

Job Description

The Procurement Manageris responsible for developing and implementing the global procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and overseeing warehouse and logistics operations within the Property & Studio Development Department. The responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement the global procurement strategy in line with company and departmental objectives;
• Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes across all PSD locations;
• Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships;
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers;
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs);
• Manage procurement contracts in cooperation with Legal and other stakeholders;
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material availability;
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and audit requirements;
• Prepare regular reports on procurement spend, savings, supplier performance, and risks;
• Lead, develop, and motivate Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams;
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation, and procurement best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role;
• University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field;
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent will be considered an advantage;
• Proven experience developing and implementing procurement strategies within multinational organizations;
• Strong experience in supplier management, tendering, and contract negotiations;
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess costs, risks, and business value;
• Experience in budgeting, cost optimisation, and financial analysis;
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions;
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities;
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytics;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment;
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics.
