Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate a team of commercial specialists dedicated to delivering our company's value proposition.
  • Oversee all departmental purchasing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and manage and motivate a team of key account managers.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to manage and optimize KPIs for the Remarketing Team.
  • Build and nurture successful business relationships with used car market dealers.
  • Challenge conventional processes to drive innovation and success.
  • Present our company's value proposition to strategically important prospective clients.
  • Report directly to the management of the business unit.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business management, sales, or economics.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, including proven leadership of sales teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Mandatory experience in the automotive industry, specifically in remarketing or used vehicle operations.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and sales skills.
  • Experience in strategizing, preparing, and presenting performance reports.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and surpass KPIs.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
