Sales Executive Spain - Remote

Automaise is on a mission to accelerate digital transformation for organizations by deploying AI Agents that enhance productivity across customer service and back-office tasks. Our client base includes global companies in Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, and Insurance, utilizing industry-leading CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Dynamics 365.

We are a fast-moving, VC-funded, seed-stage company founded in 2017, building the future of an AI-assisted workforce with proprietary technology based on conversational AI, Neural Networks, AutoML, and Generative AI.

Role Overview

We seek an outcome-oriented, highly collaborative Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to help us capitalize on this market opportunity and elevate our organization. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, proactive in developing and closing new business, and experienced in outbound B2B sales.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle to meet KPIs, focusing on new business development.
  2. Territory Research: Identify and research territories, develop go-to-market strategies, and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
  3. Pipeline Development: Build a sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging market intelligence.
  4. Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to exceed targets.
  5. Engagement: Engage prospects using strategic, value-based selling, including business case development, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
  6. Sales Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, involving relevant stakeholders such as Sales Engineers and C-Level executives.
  7. Target Achievement: Drive new opportunities and close sales in mid-market accounts to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  8. Results Orientation: Deliver short-term wins while focusing on long-term revenue growth.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions within customer service/contact centers.
  • Successful track record in complex sales to Customer Service, Operations, IT, and business leaders.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Consultative, outcome-based sales approach focused on customer success.
  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker, with proficiency in at least one other European language.
