We are seeking a dynamic and talented Head of Sales to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing our sales activity in Spain and promoting our DemandSide Platform to agencies and brands in the Spain market.

Where and how can you work

The position is based at our offices in Madrid, in San Blas-Canillejas.

We support a hybrid working model, allowing up to one day of teleworking per week.

What will be your impact

As a Head of Sales, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the Displayce DSP representative in Spain:
  • Managing a large client portfolio of media agencies, including the Big 6 and trading desks.
  • Organising regular meetings with agency account managers, leading plenary sessions, and creating a dynamic environment within each agency to generate a maximum number of briefs.
  • Negotiating platform agreements and managing QBRs.
  • Driving platform adoption from media agencies and trading desks, assisting them in creating media plans.
  • Identifying new opportunities to accelerate business and expand networks.
  • Maintaining a recurring pipeline of campaigns in our DSP.
  • Educating advertisers and their agencies on the use of programmatic DOOH.
  • Working closely with the Customer Success Managers team to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Developing strong industry networks and representing Displayce at market events.
Required Experience

Director level experience.
