Join to apply for the Head of Sales Ibérica (M / F / D)We are recruiting a Head of Sales Ibérica to manage, lead, and develop the sales activities in Spain and Portugal. Success in this role includes establishing and maintaining a sustainable pipeline of leads, opportunities, and projects to achieve the business plan;Increasing order intake, sales revenue, and EBIT;Developing existing and future key account businesses.Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the sales strategy
- Design a country sales plan aligned with the company's overall sales strategy, focusing on target accounts and sales objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts
- Coordinate the development of concept studies and technical solutions based on customer requests
- Manage the preparation of offers and contractual documents, ensuring quality standards
- Lead contract negotiations and attend client meetings
- Ensure sales activities adhere to company methodology and processes
- Review leads, opportunities, and projects monthly to assess chances of winning at acceptable margins and timelines
- Utilize and maintain the CRM tool for accurate forecasting and resource planning
- Lead improvements in sales processes and tools, implementing new ones in coordination with group sales leadership
Management of Sales Organization :
- Act in accordance with company values and leadership principles
- Drive the sales team’s capacity and motivation, fostering success
- Coach and delegate to improve department performance and customer experience
- Plan and assign resources to sales activities
- Maintain a sales team and activities aligned with potential business opportunities
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Engineering or Economics (MBA preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in sales of complex turnkey projects
- Experience in automated material handling, industrial automation, or electromechanical systems sales
- Experience managing sales for large projects (>50 MEUR contract volume)
- Management experience with multicultural, complex project sales teams
- Understanding of TCO and ROI calculations
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus
