What's the Opportunity?

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our growth efforts and drive expansion into new markets. This role will be responsible for defining and executing our business development strategy and leading a high-performing team.

What will I be doing?

  • Design and execute the company’s business development strategy in alignment with overall growth goals.
  • Lead and scale the Business Development team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Own the end-to-end business development pipeline—from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance metrics to the executive team.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

What skills do I need?

  • Proven experience in senior Business Development or Commercial leadership roles in fintech or SaaS.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Strong track record of generating revenue and driving strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in international markets is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
