A leading telecom SaaS provider is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their global sales strategy in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the telecom roaming industry, proven success in driving sales, and fluency in Spanish and French. This position involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing a competent sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple regions.

Our client is a global telecom service and solutions provider specialising in telecommunication VOLTE / 4G / 5G telecom roaming services. Candidates with no previous experience of winning business from telecom major network operators will not be considered.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join an established provider of telecom SaaS services and solutions. You will lead the organisation’s global sales strategy and be instrumental in driving business growth through the development and execution of sales strategies, tactical plans, and targeted activities that attract, convert, and retain high-value clients across multiple territories.
In addition to direct business development responsibilities, you will lead a small, experienced sales team—setting the standard for high performance, accurate forecasting, and consistent results. Your leadership will play a key role in driving profitability and executing the company’s commercial growth strategy.
