Key Role :

Lead Dynamic Sales Strategy in Spain

Overview :

Join a top-tier German multinational, number 1 in its sector, as the architect of the sales strategy in Spain. Lead the alignment of national goals with the company’s global vision to ensure sustainable growth and market positioning.

Responsibilities :
  1. Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand presence and strengthen distributor relationships.
  2. Execute growth strategies focused on profitability.
  3. Optimize resource allocation based on ROI and strategic priorities.
  4. Lead predictive planning using advanced BI tools for market analysis and demand forecasting.
  5. Lead an excellent sales team with outstanding performance.
  6. Redesign distribution networks for optimal performance and growth.
  7. Manage strategic account relationships and negotiate long-term collaboration contracts.
  8. Innovate in commercial strategy and enhance brand positioning alongside marketing.
  9. Engage in executive direction committees to contribute to global strategy.
Requirements :
  1. Bachelor's in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, with business intelligence training.
  2. MBA or Master in Business Strategy preferred.
  3. Advanced English required; German is a plus.
  4. Over 10-15 years in strategic sales roles in industrial machinery or related tech sectors in leader nº1 multinationals.
  5. Proven leadership in long-term strategic planning and distribution management.
  6. Resident of Madrid
  7. Advanced IT skills in MS Office and CRM.
  8. Proficient in Power BI or similar BI applications.
  9. Ready to travel nationally and internationally.
