We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head of Sales to join our team.
The Head of Sales – Spain is responsible for leading Sabio’s commercial strategy in the Spanish market, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves managing and developing a high-performing commercial team, ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives, and positioning Sabio as a leading provider of customer experience (CX) solutions.
The role requires a strategic leader with deep industry expertise, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels. The Head of Sales will ensure that all sales activities align with Sabio’s business objectives while adapting to the unique needs of the Spanish market.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
Certifications
Sales or leadership certifications (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales, Spin Selling). Certifications related to customer experience, digital transformation, or cloud technology.
