We are currently partnered with a Global Tier 1 Automotive Supplier that are looking to add a Head of Sales (Retail), managing a team of high performing Sales representatives across the East Region of Spain.

Head of Sales – Retail

Remote Role - Covering East Spain Region

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy on the Retail / Aftermarket Channel in the East of Spain region, aligned with company objectives
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Drive negotiations and finalize high-value sales agreements
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, especially profitability
  • Manage pricing in alignment with company policy and Revenue Management function
  • Collaborate with marketing, revenue management and sales enablement teams to optimize sales processes
  • Oversee CRM and reporting tools to track sales performance and pipeline management

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Sales Manager
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Experience in tire industry / similar industries is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
