Service Club Delivery is a fast-growing, award-winning startup revolutionizing the delivery industry through our Training, Filtering, Recruitment & Onboarding Tool for Delivery and Mobility Companies & People.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our international sales strategy, expand our market presence, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, sales team management, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic international sales and expansion plan.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the delivery industry.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and managing freelance sales representatives.
  • Define and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage large accounts and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business success.
  • Collaborate with global sales managers to ensure a unified international sales approach.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and revenue metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proven experience in building and managing sales teams and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • EU work permit required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a startup environment.

Our Hiring Process:

  • Screening Call (30 min) – Initial conversation with our Talent Team to discuss your experience.
  • Technical Interview (45 min) – A deep dive into your skills with our COO & CBO.
  • Assessment – A practical case study to evaluate your strategic thinking.
  • On-Site Interview (45 min) – Final in-person interview at our Barcelona office.
