What will you do As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by executing sales strategy, developing and nurturing a high-performing partner ecosystem, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

This role requires a seasoned B2B professional with a strong international background, proven success in partner management, and the ability to lead complex sales cycles, including tenders and strategic accounts.You will collaborate with Marketing and Partners to acquire new customers, manage their pipelines, and amplify efforts to drive new customer acquisition.

A key component of the role involves fostering strong customer relationships, increasing sales performance, and identifying new growth opportunities across regions.Key responsibilitiesExecute a comprehensive international B2B sales strategy aligned with company goals.

Build, lead, and manage an international partner/reseller network; ensure partner enablement and performance tracking.Drive revenue growth through effective territory planning, account management, and customer acquisition strategies.Lead and coordinate high-value tenders and complex deal negotiations, working closely with internal stakeholders.Serve as the point of contact for customers, ensuring long-term relationship development and customer satisfaction.Provide Management with regular updates on sales, pipeline forecasts, and performance against targets.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor go-to-market strategies and product positioning to market needs.Qualifications and skills5–7 years of B2B sales experience in international markets, within communications and technology sectors.Proven track record of managing and growing channel and partner relationships across multiple regions.Experience working with CRM platforms, as well as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc...

Solid experience in managing tenders, large commercial offers, and long sales cycles.Strong understanding of customer relationship management tools and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Knowledge of optics, networking, and/or cybersecurity markets is highly valued.Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.Must be willing to travel national and international up to 40% of the time.

Hands-on and independent, with a very proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
