What will you do

As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by executing sales strategies, developing and managing a high-performing partner ecosystem, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

This position requires a seasoned B2B professional with a strong international background, proven success in partner management, and the ability to lead complex sales cycles, including tenders and strategic accounts.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Partners to acquire new customers, manage pipelines, and amplify efforts to drive customer acquisition. A key aspect involves fostering strong customer relationships, increasing sales performance, and identifying new growth opportunities across regions.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement a comprehensive international B2B sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build, lead, and manage an international partner/reseller network; ensure partner enablement and performance tracking.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective territory planning, account management, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate high-value tenders and complex deal negotiations, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring long-term relationships and satisfaction.
  • Provide management with regular updates on sales, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

Qualifications and skills

  • 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in international markets within communications and technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow channel and partner relationships across multiple regions.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, as well as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Solid experience managing tenders, large commercial offers, and long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of optics, networking, and/or cybersecurity markets is highly valued.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally and internationally.
  • Hands-on, independent, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
