We are currently looking for a Head of Sales

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the team across all disciplines, managing resources, budget, and personnel, reporting to the General Manager.
  2. Oversee the success of high-profile projects, collaborating with operations and marketing.
  3. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize profitability.
  4. Support senior management for smooth organizational operations.

Additional duties include:

  1. Develop and execute project strategies ensuring growth and sustainability.
  2. Create and implement brand strategies across projects.
  3. Align marketing strategies with commercial objectives.
  4. Set and oversee the annual P&L, ensuring profit targets are met.
  5. Provide monthly revenue and forecast reports.
  6. Manage day-to-day team operations, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the team.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience managing Project Managers and sales staff, supporting revenue streams.
  • Proactive in industry engagement and market trend analysis.
  • Efficient management of prospect databases and communication channels.
