Job summary

Eurofins Madrid is seeking a Head of Release and Deployment Management to lead the safe, scalable delivery of changes across a portfolio of IT solutions. You will own end-to-end releases for 500+ production instances and ensure deployments meet quality, security and regulatory standards.

The role combines technical ownership with operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, and governance to drive automation and continuous improvement in deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in Release engineering, deployment management, or DevOps.
• Hands-on deployment execution and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and ITSM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage end-to-end deployments across non-production and production environments.
• Own deployment tooling and release orchestration, ensure pre-requisites are met.
• Coordinate release schedules and dependencies with multiple teams.
• Drive automation, improve tooling, and ensure compliance with ITIL Change Management.
