Carrer is seeking a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational function for a regulated crypto business at a formative growth stage. You will establish a scalable operations foundation, implement processes and controls, and ensure regulatory alignment from day one.

• Experience in regulated environments with governance and control requirements.
• Proven track record owning processes, controls, or workflow improvements across teams.
• Willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Spain (within 30 miles) and obtain local regulatory approval.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operations function end to end, building clear processes and controls for efficiency and oversight.
• Design operating procedures meeting regulatory and governance requirements, aligning with Compliance and Risk.
• Identify gaps in core workflows and turn them into scalable, resilient improvements.
• Provide management reporting on performance, risk, and enhancements to support growth in a regulated environment.
