Pump Dynamics, a leading crypto exchange, seeks a Head of Operations to build and scale the operational function for a regulated business. You will design scalable processes, controls, and governance to meet regulatory expectations from day one, reporting to senior leadership.

Open to candidates across Europe, the role requires relocation to Gibraltar independently, with eligibility for local regulatory approval.

Formación

• Experience in a regulated environment with governance standards.
• Ability to own processes, controls, and workflow improvements cross-functionally with Compliance/Risk.
• Willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Spain independently and obtain local regulatory approval.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end operations, building clear processes and controls for efficiency and oversight.
• Design operating procedures meeting regulatory requirements and align with governance.
• Identify process gaps in core workflows and implement scalable improvements.
• Provide management reporting on performance, risk points, and enhancements to support growth in a regulated environment.
