The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of aerospace Quality Management experience, and strong leadership skills. • Proven responsibility under Part 21 Subpart G (POA).
• In-depth knowledge of EASA requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and German are an advantage.

Your Tasks

• Serve as the nominated Head of Quality & Safety of Pilatus Ibérica, ensuring conformity with approved design data and regulatory requirements
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Pilatus Quality System, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and Part 21 obligations.
• Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with EN 9100 / AS9100, ISO 9001, and Part 21 requirements.
• Lead Quality Assurance activities: internal / external audits, inspections, supplier surveillance, and certification processes.
• Build, develop, and manage the Quality team to ensure competence and regulatory awareness.

With this you convince us

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace Quality Management, with proven responsibility under Part 21 Subpart G (POA).
• In-depth knowledge of EASA requirements, EN 9100 / AS9100, ISO 9001, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated authority in quality assurance regulatory compliance and audit management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish and German are an advantage.
