We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Quality & Product to join our dynamic team in the food and beverage industry. This critical leadership role will be responsible for shaping our product strategy and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all stages of production—from sourcing to customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and execution of the quality assurance strategy across the organization.

Define and implement product standards, working closely with R&D, production, and commercial teams.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., HACCP, IFS, BRC).

Drive product innovation in line with market trends and consumer insights.

Manage supplier quality processes and conduct audits.

Mentor and grow a high-performing cross-functional team.

Profile :

Proven experience in quality and product leadership roles in the food and beverage sector.

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality systems, and process improvement.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for excellence.

Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
