Salary from 58,500 EUR plus benefits including discretionary performance bonus, car allowance.

What you'll be doing :

• Develop and lead the AB Neo Quality Strategy aligned with AB Agri goals and industry standards.
• Ensure site certifications and compliance with EU/local feed safety and legal regulations.
• Lead and mentor Local Quality Managers, fostering a Total Quality culture.
• Oversee third-party manufacturing audits and supplier assessments.
• Standardize quality processes, documentation, and metrics across sites.

What you'll bring :

• Senior experience in Quality or Technical leadership within the animal feed or food industry.
• Experience in multi-country environments.
• Strong leadership and strategic skills in manufacturing.
• Understanding of health & safety standards and compliance.
• Experience with third-party manufacturer audits is a plus.
• Based in Europe, ideally Poland, Spain, UK, or Denmark.
