Ethos is seeking a visionary Head of Public Relations to lead strategic communications in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will drive integrated communications, corporate reputation, and media engagement to shape the company’s narrative across platforms.

You will develop and oversee all aspects of the PR function, lead distributed teams, and advise senior leadership on risks and opportunities. This is a high-visibility role with significant impact on brand perception.

Formación

• Master's degree in Public Relations or related field.
• 10+ years in public relations, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing PR strategies with measurable results.
• Experience leading distributed, remote teams and advising C-suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee all media relations activities, including proactive outreach and crisis management.
• Manage the company's reputation and brand image across all communication channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Create and approve press materials, statements, and key messaging.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for product launches, corporate announcements, and special initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze PR campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Advise senior leadership on PR matters and potential communication risks.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the company remains at the forefront of communication best practices.
