Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Relations or related field.
• 10+ years in public relations with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of measurable PR results.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Crisis communication and reputation management expertise.
• Strong media contacts network.
• Experience managing remote/distributed teams.
• Ability to influence C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the PR team to high performance.
• Oversee media relations, proactive outreach and crisis management.
• Manage corporate reputation and brand messaging across channels.
• Build relationships with media contacts, influencers and stakeholders.
• Draft press materials and key communications.
• Plan product launches and corporate announcements.
• Monitor PR metrics and report to senior leadership.
