Job Title: Head of Projects and Technology, Football

Location: Flexible

Reporting to: Managing Director, Football

Application Deadline: 6th May

Role Overview: The Head of Projects and Technology will lead a team of Project Managers and Technology Managers across all Football projects and regions. The Projects team handles planning and executing new projects globally, while the Technology team ensures effective deployment of technology within football. The role involves stakeholder communication, overseeing project activities, and managing major projects.

Key activities include:

• Expanding Hawk-Eye technology to new regions and customers
• Rolling out additional Hawk-Eye technologies for existing clients
• Implementing innovative technologies with Hawk-Eye teams
• Scaling operations for major global events

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing budgets and P&L for projects
• Ensuring project success and pipeline management
• Defining project structures and tracking tools
• Supporting commercial teams during RFPs and proposals
• Forecasting project needs and collaborating with procurement
• Ensuring adherence to company processes and P&L ownership
• Aligning development roadmaps with project deadlines
• Collaborating with PMO for project delivery
• Supporting deployment and integration of technologies
• Sharing knowledge to improve services
• Defining product requirements based on customer needs

Skills/Knowledge Required:
