PowerUp Talent is representing a high-growth international AdTech company seeking a Head of Product Engineering to lead the technical vision and roadmap for a large-scale DSP. You’ll unite Engineering, Data Science, ML, Analytics, BI and real-time bidding technologies into a cohesive organization, translating market opportunities into strategy.

Formación

• 10+ years in software engineering for large-scale real-time platforms.
• 5+ years leading teams of 15–20+ engineers.
• Experience in real-time bidding, ad tech, marketplaces or similar high-throughput systems.
• Strong ML, predictive systems, and data science leadership.
• Experience across Data Engineering, Analytics, and BI.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical and product roadmap for a large-scale DSP.
• Align Engineering, Data Science, Analytics around a unified product vision.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary org of ~20 engineers, data scientists and analysts.
• Partner with Commercial, Revenue, and Sales to align product priorities with market opportunities.
• Drive evolution from managed services to scalable self-service solutions.
• Foster an engineering culture where technical leaders shape product direction and business outcomes.
• Define long-term platform architecture, technical priorities, and product strategy.
• Balance innovation, scalability, performance, and operational excellence across the platform.
