Our product is structured around two main verticals:

  1. Design, launch, and continuous improvement of our own educational programs
  2. Development and optimization of our proprietary LMS, designed for both B2C learners and B2B clients

Responsibilities: As Head of Product, you’ll work closely with design, engineering, academic, and commercial teams to deliver a high-impact learning experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Define the product strategy and vision for both the educational programs and the LMS platform.
  • Lead discovery and market research efforts, including interviews, user feedback, and data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Oversee the development of new LMS functionalities, ensuring scalability, usability, and pedagogical integrity.
  • Integrate gamification mechanisms and AI-powered features to enhance personalization and learner engagement.
  • Design and manage the product's design system, ensuring scalability, consistency, and implementation efficiency.
  • Define and optimize design-to-development workflows, supporting a high-quality delivery pipeline.
  • Define and track key product metrics, generate actionable insights, and support continuous iteration.
  • Participate in Agile rituals and foster a culture of data-informed, iterative product development.

Requirements: Must-haves: 3+ years’ experience in digital product management, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or hybrid B2B / B2C environments. Solid understanding of LMS platforms and experience in education or learning technology. Proven user research and product discovery skills, both qualitative and quantitative. Strong cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end product delivery experience. Data-driven mindset and experience with product analytics. SQL knowledge is a plus. Professional Spanish and fluent English (B2 / C1 minimum).

Nice-to-haves: Experience applying AI (especially generative AI) to digital products. Knowledge of gamification and habit-forming feature design. Experience building products for and managing platform integrations. Familiarity with design systems and scalable design operations. Training or certification in product frameworks (e.g., Marty Cagan, Pragmatic, ODI). SQL and BI tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau).
