What you’ll do
  • Translate PRO strategy and business objectives (OKRs) into actionable analytics frameworks
  • Guide stakeholders in framing hypotheses and measurable success criteria for initiatives (e.g. GTM launches, pricing, product rollouts)
  • Lead the cross-domain definition and validation of KPIs, aligning Product, Sales, Business, and Marketing
  • Conduct strategic deep dives on priority topics such as Customer Base Audits (e.g. NRR by churn/upsell), pricing performance, and user segmentation
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior forums like the PRO Coordination Round with clarity and impact
  • Co-design workflows that enable proactive monitoring and insight generation, while balancing team capacity together with the Head of Analytics
  • Coach analysts and stakeholders on best practices for closing the loop from hypothesis → decision → measurable outcome

Who you are
  • Proven experience in analytics leadership within a high-growth, data-driven environment
  • Strong background in business strategy, product analytics, and commercial performance measurement
  • Skilled in stakeholder management: you build consensus, manage trade-offs, and communicate clearly at all levels
  • Analytical mindset: you can translate complexity into clarity, connect business objectives with measurable outcomes, and identify forward-looking opportunities
  • Comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment, balancing strategic impact with pragmatic delivery
  • Coaching and mentoring experience, enabling others to grow in analytics maturity and influence
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
