We're seeking an experienced Head of Pre-Sales to lead our Business Consulting team and drive our pre-sales success. In this pivotal role, you'll develop scalable strategies, deliver exceptional technical consulting, and support the growth of our B2B SaaS solutions in the supply chain technology sector. If you're passionate about leading teams and shaping solutions that transform client operations, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.

Your role in the team :

  • Manage and mentor the Pre-Sales and Business Consulting team, ensuring top-tier advisory services and continuous professional development.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive and scalable pre-sales strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of tailored product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations that address the unique needs of our clients.
  • Construct compelling business cases for clients by analyzing their current processes and proposing optimized future workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare proposals, address technical inquiries, and design solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Serve as the technical authority in meetings with key clients, offering expert guidance during critical decision-making stages.

Essential skills :

  • Experience : A minimum of 7 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting within a B2B SaaS environment; at least 5 years of expertise in supply chain technology; proven experience in leading pre-sales teams and achieving ambitious targets; a track record of growing and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Language : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language (German, Spanish, or French) is highly desirable.
  • Soft skills : Strong leadership skills; excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences; advanced problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach; ability to collaborate effectively across departments including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
