Formación

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Head of People to lead and shape people strategy in one of our client's key regions. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for fostering a culture of excellence and innovation while ensuring that people policies align with our core values and business goals.

As the Head of People, you will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention, while ensuring compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the People strategy for Spain, aligned with global objectives and regional nuances.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top talent while designing and implementing training and development programs that foster growth.
  3. Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture by developing initiatives that boost engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
  4. Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to Spanish labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of effective performance management systems to ensure individual and team success.
  6. Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate and optimize compensation structures and benefit programs to remain competitive in the market.
  7. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company goals.
  8. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.

About You:

  1. At least 5+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced organizations.
  2. Deep knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations, as well as best practices in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
  3. Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  5. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, proactive mindset, and passion for people and culture.
  6. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  7. Experience working in a global organization or managing cross-cultural teams.
