As Head of Partnerships - Iberia, you will spearhead XCEED’s growth in the Iberian market, shaping the future of nightlife and event technology in the region. A seasoned sales leader, you bring deep expertise in business development and a strong understanding of the local ecosystem.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the Iberian sales and account management team, ensuring growth targets are met and client relationships thrive. Leading by example, you’ll actively drive high-impact deals while empowering your team to excel.
Your success will be defined by your ability to scale the Iberian market, build and develop a high-performing team, and secure strategic partnerships that drive sustained growth.
