The Role

At Revolut, Operations involves tackling complex problems and creating scalable solutions. We seek a Strategy & Operations Manager to address challenges in our global Wealth and Trading business, impacting millions of customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable processes to support hyper-growth
• Lead and execute core infrastructure projects end-to-end
• Prioritize projects and set timelines to achieve goals efficiently
• Identify and develop new features for seamless customer experience
• Manage vendor relationships and develop performance tracking systems
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate terms

Requirements

• At least a 2 : 1 degree from a top university
• 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Proven track record of leading complex projects
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Curiosity and impact-driven attitude
• Experience with investments, wealth management, or trading products
• Interest in the financial industry
