• Experience in regulated environments and understanding of compliance expectations.
• Strong operations leadership with proven ownership of processes and controls in regulated settings.
• Willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Spain (within 30 miles) independently and obtain local regulatory approval.

• Lead the operations function end to end, establishing clear processes, controls, and governance.
• Design operating procedures that meet regulatory requirements and align with risk and compliance teams.
• Identify gaps in core workflows and implement scalable improvements for resilience and efficiency.
