Pump Dynamics is seeking a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational function for a regulated crypto business at a formative growth stage. You will create scalable processes and controls to ensure day-one regulatory readiness and sustainable operation.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the operating model, manage risk, and drive efficiency while coordinating with Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders across Europe. This role requires relocation to Gibraltar.

Formación

• Experience in regulated settings with governance and controls.
• Proven ability to own and improve operational processes.
• Ability to work across Compliance, Risk and other functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operations function end to end, building clear processes and controls that improve efficiency, consistency, and oversight.
• Design and implement operating procedures that meet regulatory and governance requirements, working with Compliance and Risk.
• Oversee core workflows, identify gaps and drive scalable, resilient improvements.
• Provide management reporting on performance, risk points, and enhancements for growth in a regulated environment.
