Confidential, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is hiring a Head of Operations to build and lead the regulated operations function at a formative growth stage. You will design scalable processes, controls, and governance to ensure day-one regulatory readiness and operational resilience.

Open to candidates across Europe, with relocation to Gibraltar or within 30 miles in Spain. You will report to senior leadership, shape how the business runs, manage risk, and scale processes across global

Formación

• Experience in regulated financial services or crypto
• Proven ability to own end-to-end operations and drive process improvements
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk and other stakeholders to align with controls

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operations function end to end, building clear processes and controls.
• Design and implement operating procedures that meet regulatory and governance requirements, while working with Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee core operational workflows and identify gaps, turning them into scalable improvements.
• Provide management reporting on operational performance, risk points, and enhancements.
