At Candee, Talent Consultancy, we're managing this Head of Operations position for REVOLVE.

What is REVOLVE?

Founded in 2010, REVOLVE is a media group communicating sustainability.

REVOLVE offers a wide range of services, from communication strategies and branding to content creation and digital campaigns. They support EU-funded initiatives (such as Horizon Europe and Interreg) and collaborate with diverse organizations to help communicate their shift away from unsustainable practices toward more conscious lifestyles.

REVOLVE publishes an award-winning quarterly magazine threading together the themes of circular economy, ecosystem restoration, energy transformation, sustainable mobility, and water resources that are reflected in its podcast Everything Is Changing. The magazine is distributed at sustainability events in Europe, the Middle East, and India.

REVOLVE is the initiator of the Sustainable India campaign and the AMWAJ Alliance for water-related issues around the Mediterranean. REVOLVE is the co-founder of the global Cities4Forests network and participates as the Communication and Dissemination Partner to +50 EU-funded projects.

REVOLVE believes that strategic communication and impactful tactics involving key stakeholders can bring lasting societal change for a more sustainable world.

How will your team look like?

You'll work hand in hand with the founder of REVOLVE and coordinate the different heads of department (6–7 key people). You'll collaborate closely with brilliant professionals based in Barcelona and Brussels.

What will your mission be?

Your mission will be to lead the operational structure of the organization, ensuring focus, efficiency, and strategic alignment across all areas . You'll drive clear processes, foster team autonomy, and bring a strategic perspective that balances day-to-day operations with mid and long-term vision.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Defining and communicating the strategic vision and priorities of the organization together with the founder of REVOLVE.
• Ensuring internal alignment and coherence across teams.
• Implementing and overseeing cross-functional processes and tools to enable more structured and efficient projects.
• Designing clear team structures, defining roles, responsibilities, and job descriptions together with the heads of department.
• Supporting resource planning and ensuring efficient allocation.
• Fostering a cohesive organizational culture focused on talent development.
• Supervising projects with strategic vision, helping prioritize and drive action.
• Aligning the organizational narrative with external stakeholders.
• Driving autonomy across locations and promoting a sustainable long-term working model.

What are they looking for? ️️

• At east 7–10 years of experience in project and operations management, ideally within communication or marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with EU-funded projects (e.g. Horizon Europe, Interreg) or with clients in the sustainability ecosystem -such as NGOs, foundations, alliances, or international organizations- is a strong plus.
• Genuine interest in sustainbaility.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing change across locations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to be both empathetic and assertive.
• Highly organized, with strong planning and prioritization abilities
• Comfortable with digital tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English (Spanish or French a plus).
• Experience working with or around communications, sustainability, or creative industries is a strong plus.
• Availability to travel regularly between Barcelona and Brussels, especially during the first months.

What are they offering?

• Permanent full-time contract (37.5h / week)
• Working hours : Mon–Thu from 9am to 6pm, and Fridays from 9am to 2 : 30pm
• 23 working days of vacation + your birthday off
• Hybrid model : 3 days in the office
