A multinational logistics and transportation company established in Europe and expanding internationally is seeking a US-based Head of Operations and Growth. This individual will be responsible for leading and driving the company growth in the US, ensuring the standardization of strategy and commercial development for each product line (Warehouse, FTL, LTL, Distribution) in accordance with the group philosophy and standards. He will be responsible for forming, developing, and leading teams, ensuring goal achievement and quality across all processes and services. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of critical operational projects, managing resources, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Defining and implementing the growth and commercial development strategy for each product in the US, aligned with the group overall vision.
- Developing and leading teams, promoting collaboration, communication, and accountability.
- Participate in customer acquisition and retention for transportation providers in the US, as well as in the defense of financial and operational bids.
- Oversee compliance with procedures, quality standards, and reporting to clients and central services.
- Lead the implementation of HR policies, talent development, and staff training in the US.

- Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.

- Good command of tools and systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, advanced Excel,

- Involved in the project.
- Knowledge of KPI analysis and monitoring tools.
- Availability for international travel (as an expatriate).

Required Experience

Required Education
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or
similar.
- Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or similar.
