Created by Petros and Ilias in 2017, Wikifarmer is a global platform with the mission of empowering farmers by educating them and offering them access to the open market to sell their products at fair prices.

In a nutshell

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and integrate our Operations, Logistics, and Quality Assurance & Food Safety functions, building a scalable and efficient infrastructure to support ambitious growth to €130M+ GMV by 2026. In this role, you will spearhead the implementation of AI-driven automations, standardise workflows, and establish clear performance metrics to drive excellence. You will be tasked with delivering a minimum 15% cost reduction in the first year, while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and operational performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Architect and scale operational capabilities to fuel rapid growth while maintaining industry-leading quality and efficiency.
• Champion integration of Operations, Logistics, and Quality Assurance & Food Safety, unlocking cross-functional synergies.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and management to high-performing teams; drive talent development and foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
• Launch AI-powered automations and streamlined processes to support expansion.
• Define and enforce actionable KPIs and real-time performance dashboards to drive accountability.
• Cultivate seamless collaboration with Commercial, Finance, and Customer Excellence teams to deliver unified business results.

Experience and Requirements needed to be successful in this role:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — verbal and written.
• Proven expertise in supply chain and logistics management working with physical goods, ideally in a high‑growth or international environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing digital solutions and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong people leadership experience — hiring, coaching, performance management, and building high‑impact teams.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, scaling environments.
• Ideally you are based in or able to relocate to Seville.
• Experience in online marketplace or platform-based business models is a huge plus.
• Working knowledge of legal frameworks relevant to operations, logistics, or quality assurance.
• Six Sigma, PMP, APICS, or other relevant operational excellence certifications.
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering).
