Your Role

As the Communication and Media Manager, you will:

1. Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel communication plans to amplify the visibility of our events and initiatives.
2. Oversee Content Creation: Manage the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
3. Lead Social Media Efforts: Oversee our presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to grow and engage our global audience.
4. Coordinate Media Coverage: Foster relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure impactful coverage for our events and activities.
5. Manage Event Communication: Plan and execute communication strategies for BSWW tournaments, including onsite media operations.
6. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
7. Monitor and Report: Track key performance metrics and provide insights to improve communication efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: At least 3 years in communication, media, or PR roles, preferably in sports or event management.
2. Skills:
3. Exceptional writing and editing skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
4. Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
5. Experience working with press and media outlets.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Attitude: A creative thinker who’s proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, international setting.
8. Essential: A passion for beach soccer or sports in general!
